BRANDED PRODUCT DEMO
A custom-branded product demo video produced to onboard fans after the announcement of the new MLB partnership with SeatGeek, the video was launched to introduce fans to the brand and make integrating MLB tickets a breeze.
Designed in collaboration with the in-house copywriter and team product designer to write and record the script, screen recordings were captured and animated to demonstrate the user flow. Post production editing included title slide, intro and outro transitions, animated captions, and audio mixing.

In preparation for one of the largest tours in the world, an instructional monologue-style video was recorded and produced to share on organic social media ahead of on-sale.

FAN ON THE STREET
The "Fan on the Street" documentary-style interview was recorded by speaking with real fans on the street outside a Cleveland Cavs game. It was our goal to understand the fans' experience with ticketing for the game and to gather fans' brand awareness.
